- To provide an effective administrative support service to the Operations Manager.
- Administrative support
- Tracks movement and usage of copiers, computes,3G and cell phones and maintain asset register
- Reconciles cellphone and printer statements
- Assets Tagging and Branding
- Insurance claims and incident reports
- Vehicle maintenance support
- Operational and IT Admin Support
- Training and supervision of Operations Admin Assistants
- Assisting with audit preparation
- Assist Operations Manager with audit preparation and audit queries
