We are looking to recruit an
Operations/Helpdesk Consultant with a minimum of 2 years experience.
Candidate Role and Responsibilities
- IT experience delivering operations support services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
- Provide First Level Support to end-users
- Perform First Level Fixes in IT systems in accordance with SOPs
- Route pertinent tickets to relevant Second Level Support teams
- Work shifts as part of a team providing 8 x 5 x 365 support
