Key Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping and Financial Oversight:
- Ensure the precision of financial records and the prompt processing of payments and invoices.
- Align accounts and bank statements to monitor expenditure and revenue streams.
- Aid in crafting financial documents such as reports, budgets, and projections.
- Collaborate with financial platforms like Stripe and Deel to streamline transaction and payment processes.
- Client and Candidate Financial Relations:
- Act as the central contact point for financial matters concerning clients and candidates, handling inquiries excellently, especially on contract and payment topics.
- Safeguard the accuracy and confidentiality of client and candidate databases and records.
- Facilitate the integration process for new clients and offer assistance in account initialization.
- Engage collaboratively with the sales and customer service teams to solidify client rapport.
- Ensure the punctuality and correctness of candidate payment procedures.
- Data Compilation and Insights:
- Harness advanced Excel and Google Sheets capabilities to gather, scrutinize, and display data, informing the strategic decisions for the organization's welfare.
- Produce detailed reports for the management and other key stakeholders.
- Familiarize and innovate with tools like Zapier to optimize operational flows.
- Exceptional command over the English language, both spoken and written.
- Demonstrable expertise in bookkeeping and financial operations.
- Acquaintance with payment gateways and practical experience in Stripe are notable advantages.
