- To act as the first point of contact for clients seeking technical assistance via phone, email or remote software
- Where possible resolve issues according to the ticketing systems (Freshdesk)
- Analyse tickets and assign to the correct person/department
- Assist with purchasing of tech equipment and chasing up on orders
- You will utilize your outstanding customer service skills to promptly address and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions, troubleshooting steps and resolutions, and creating technical documentation to aid in future customer inquiries.
- In addition, you will work closely with other departments to escalate and resolve issues while keeping clients and/or colleagues informed of progress and updates.
