They are currently recruiting for a Operations / Customer Support Specialist. This person is required to help with order fulfilment of physical devices.
When an order is received, this resource needs to understand the client's fulfilment process and execute it.

Responsibilities and requirements :
- Monitor orders mailbox
- Generate quote based on order received
- Communicate with customers and send out quotes
- Check-out devices from stock and deliver to manufacturing partners
- Communicate updates to customers
- Perform technical quality assurance steps on devices to ensure there are not manufacturing defects
- Deliver or ship units to local/international customers
- Manage stock levels
- Manage customer support, for any potential issues picked up in the field
- Experience: Someone with 5 years working experience
- Knowledge/experience of logistics/operations that will be a BIG plus
- Clear communicator
- Good customer engagement
- Customer service & quality obsessed
- Need to have excellent technical skills (computer), some of the Quality Assurance steps requires them to execute Linux commands. Therefore, the need to be a power user on computer systems.
- Have their own car, to deliver units to local customers
- Have an eye for detail and proficient in executing process
- Build solid relationships with our manufacturing partners
