Position Overview:
As an Operations Delivery Manager specializing in KYC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing operational processes, and optimizing efficiency within the KYC function. This position requires a combination of strong leadership, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of KYC procedures in the context of private market transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Stay abreast of relevant financial regulations and industry standards related to KYC in private markets.
- Implement and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee and optimize end-to-end KYC processes for private market transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of KYC procedures within business operations.
- Lead a team of KYC analysts and specialists, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Foster a culture of compliance, accuracy, and efficiency within the KYC team.
- Identify and assess potential risks associated with KYC processes.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the business and its stakeholders.
- Collaborate with technology teams to leverage innovative solutions for automating and streamlining KYC processes.
- Implement and manage KYC tools and platforms to enhance operational efficiency.
Quality Assurance:
- Establish and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure the accuracy and completeness of KYC data.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify and rectify discrepancies.
- Generate regular reports on KYC performance, including key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for optimization.
- Collaborate with customer-facing teams to address KYC-related customer inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure a positive customer experience while adhering to compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
- Finance, Business, or a related field. Management qualification or relevant certifications
- Proven experience in KYC operations within the financial industry, particularly in private markets.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to KYC.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Familiarity with KYC technology solutions and data analytics.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
