About The Role
This is a senior leadership role where youll take overall responsibility for our internal operations and the delivery of our services to our European customer base. Its an opportunity to run a diverse range of functions in our business including Revenue Operations, People Operations, Customer Success and Project Management.
Working closely with our CEO your focus will be to ensure we have the necessary processes in place to set us up for scale. This will involve implementing and managing business processes across our various operational functions, and also implementing a robust project management framework for managing customer projects.
Were currently a 15 person business, growing at around 60% per year. This means that initially youll be very hands on, while also directly managing a team of 2-3 people which will grow as we scale.
Requirements
- University degree
- Project management certification (Prince 2, PMP, APMG or similar)
- 10+ years work experience thats included at least 3 years in a management consultancy, marketing agency, BPO, or B2B professional services environment
- 5+ years management experience where you have managed individual contributors or other managers
- Strong operations management experience - experience designing, managing and improving operational processes
- Experience managing customer facing projects / engagements where your responsibility has included Scoping, Estimation, Quoting, Coordinating Resources, Time Tracking and Billing
