Globe 24-7 in partnership with a leading mining contractor are seeking an experienced Operations Executive to effectively lead the Company operations and production units.
The Role
The incumbent will be tasked with leading company operations and production units safely in pursuit of the highest return on investment through the effective optimisation of human capital, financial resources, equipment and systems.

- Safety Management
- Developing Personal Safety Plans
- Implementation of necessary licenses for operations
- Manage Mining Contracts Profitably through meeting planned budgeted margins
- Effectively managing contract programmes
- Develop stable client relationships

The Requirements
- Mining Engineering Degree or equivalent
- Mine Manager Certificate and/or Government Certificate of Competence
- 10 years experience in Senior Leadership roles in the Mining Industry
- Certificate in Contract Management
