Busy upmarket Stellenbosch franchise restaurant seeks senior general manager ready for commitment in return for good remuneration package with incentives.
Minimum four years’ experience in a similar position.
Must be able to lead and motivate staff in a firm and fair manner, organize and supervise shifts, appraise performance
Must have full knowledge of PILOT system, stocktaking and ordering, forecasting, inventory
Must be prepared to work evening, weekends and public holidays
Must enjoy and be willing to interact with customer and respond appropiately to potential complaints.
Must understand Labour laws in the F&B industry
Must be prepared to meet revenue, profitability, quality, hygiene and customer service standards.
Must grasp the financial model of business and be able to think like an owner, controlling costs, reporting.
Must be bilingual, have a proven track record, contactable references.
Must have own reliable vechie and valid drivers license.
