Responsibilities
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the Housekeeping & Maintenance Departments.
- Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability.
- Manage the day-to-day functions of the business.
- Scheduling and coordinating of our Housekeeping team.
- Delegating of Maintenance tasks.
- Coordination across multiple teams.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Comfortable working with multiple groups within the business
- Confident, calm and enjoy working in a team environment
- Excellent level of verbal and written English
- Multi-tasker, able to work under high levels of pressure, staying calm and composed, always focused and delivering great service, no matter how busy it gets
- Team player, able to work in an environment with high inter-dependencies between teams and cross-cultural colleagues

- We are a 24/7 business so no qualms about working on a 5-day rotation, which will include weekends
- Interest in start-ups, the sharing economy and logistics is a plus
