You will drive performance and service delivery alongside mid-senior management within the Financial Department. You will Manage the client relationship for Operational performance. You will Lead your teams through your Service Delivery managers through effective communication. You will Provide leadership, mentorship and development, of your SDMs and TMs to ensure consistency in performance and succession planning. You will Work closely with internal departments to ensure support is received to achieve client and internal KPIs. You will Attend client meetings to be the voice of Sigma and your teams. You will Attend internal meetings to accurately plan and resource your teams. You will Have accountability for the financial performance of your campaigns, meeting weekly with the internal stakeholders and take away actions to improve and or maintain position. You will Take ownership and action any escalated enquiries and HR situations. You will Be accountable for the engagement and retention of your teams working towards company set targets. You will Carry out regular 121s, developing a culture where training and development are part of your success. You will Ensure effective and consistent communication throughout the team, encourage feedback and insight in order to enhance the customer experience for our client.

Minimum Requirements
- Effective communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in an ever-changing environment
- You are an existing Operations Manager with 3-5 years experience working in a UK BPO environment.
- You have a strong financial/Complaints background (Desirable)
