ROLE PURPOSES
- To manage and oversee Team Leaders
- To manage and oversee credit control function ( Binder allocations/ annual premium allocations)
- Employee Development and upskilling
- Compliance adherence and reporting function
- Compliance Reviews Outsource and Binder (Rm support)
- System Training for Outsource Partners
- Recruitment Administrative and Sales
- Handling of Complaints and Escalations and Reporting
- Ensure operational administrative and compliance requirements are met
- Regulatory Requirement (RE5), relevant Insurance related accreditation or qualification.
- Leadership accreditation or qualification, and/or leading a team.
- 5 years of experience in commercial insurance
