Local security company seeking stable, mature and reliable operations manager to become part of our team and assist with the day to day running of the company.
Job requirements:
- Must be mature, responsible and able to work under pressure.
- You must be able to speak, read and write English fluently and must be able to comfortably converse with a client.
- You will need to be neat and able to positively represent the company, you will need to uphold the standards of the company.
- You will need to be able to take control of a compromising situation and remain calm under pressure.
- An understanding of Afrikaans and Zulu will be to your advantage.
- Must be able to follow orders and control those under your command.
- Must be responsible enough to take responsibility and prioritize.
- You will need to assist in ensuring the standards of the company are maintained and improved, and that our clients are always satisfied.
- Repping & Marketing (added commission) is part of duties.
- Must be completely dedicated and willing to work a 3 month probation period.
- This is a job for someone dedicated to making a positive impact on the company and security industry.
- Previous experience as a Manager will be an advantage.
- The person that applies should be willing to sacrifice time and effort as security is not an easy industry.
Minimum requirements: (without the below qualifications, you will not be considered.
- PSIRA Registration Grade B
- Valid Drivers License
- Firearm Competency (SAPS)
- Matrice
