MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12
Relevant tertiary education in Security Management and qualification
5 years experience as a General Manager within the security industry
Extensive knowledge of manpower management and Easy Roster experience
Demonstrate advanced knowledge and understanding of concepts, principles, methods and techniques within the areas of specialised solutions service within the security industry
Excellent presentation skills
Valid PSIRA Grade A registered
Computer literate

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

The Operations Manager is responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of the Specialised Solutions Strategy. This role requires a leader with a knack for a business who will direct all operational activities of the division to ensure that business objectives are met efficiently and effectively
Partner with executive level management in the development of strategic objectives
Financial management
Uphold organisation policies and standards, ensuring legislative regulations are followed
Oversee all facets of the daily operations of the SPECIALISED SOLUTION division, ensuring compliance with all the governing laws and legislation
Client retention and maintaining customer service levels
Employee management
