They manage global assets of around R58 billion as of March 2023 and have yielded market-leading performance in the multi-asset space in both SA and the UK.
Summary of Role:
The Operations Support role involves day-to-day operations and key projects of the company in South Africa, the United Kingdom, and Ireland, reporting directly to the Head of Operations. The role requires working closely with global investment, operations, sales, software development, and support teams. The responsibilities of the role are anticipated to expand rapidly given the company's rapid growth.
Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day activities of the Operations team
- Provide ad hoc support in operations project delivery
- Monitor and instruct rebalances of investor accounts using proprietary technology
- Perform regulatory compliance activities to minimize financial risk and ensure compliance with relevant legislation
- Continuously improve processes using technology where required, with the goal of building scalable processes with minimal human intervention
- Manage and leverage internal resources to ensure effective and efficient operations
- Work closely with the Asset Management team to notify them of flows into their funds
- Scrutinize underlying charges within the company's funds and reconcile to ensure they are in line with expectations
- Develop trusted relationships with relevant stakeholders, especially investment platforms

The candidate should have a history of successful achievement. Prior experience in the wealth management industry would be beneficial, but the role is also open to graduates. At least two years of relevant experience.
Education & Qualifications:
Preferably a commerce, mathematics or science-based degree. Candidates will be evaluated on what they know, what they have achieved, and what we (and they) believe they are capable of, more than the letters behind their name.
Strong academic results will count in your favor.
Remuneration:
The package will reflect the experience and ability of the successful candidate and will include a salary and a discretionary bonus.
