Job Description
Trust Officer with Team leader function, supporting with end to end trust administration process with focus on IV trusts, with trust officers reporting to the role. As well as being responsible for trust administration of high profile trusts and trusts with high level of complexity.
People Management:
Coach, mentor and manage team members toward driving business objectives and ensuring colleague development
Capacity Planning:
Continuously plan the execution of team duties against plan and service level requirements.
Operational excellence:
Supervise and support the execution of priorities by team against service level agreements and customer outcomes
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all team activities are in adherence to relevant control and compliance requirements, and quality standards.
Administration:
Effectively fulfil all required administrative duties, including tracking and reporting.
Experience And Qualifications
- 3-4 years relevant experience
- Degree/NQF6 ,Advanced Estate and Trust Diploma or Bcom or Law Degree , Certificate or Diploma Tax or Trust Law (essential)
Higher Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
