Core Description A DCO Systems Management Control Ops Specialist will be required to maintain and manage various systems and reports for the customer to ensure that BCX meets customer requirements in line with SLAs. The incumbent will assist in upgrading content classifications, selecting system add-ons and choosing new systems.
Key Deliverables / Primary Functions
- Manage and maintain various management systems and reports as per request from management and clients.
- Review and extract contract information to align with process deliverables and SLA measurements and reporting.
- Provide risk register reports and routine daily operations reports to various clients.
- Attend various Operational Team Meetings on various levels to ensure that all possible risks are recorded and minimised as far as possible.
- Compilation of various weekly and monthly reports in line with various SLAs for the clients.
- Assist with ad-hoc system administration on various tasks within the dedicated system.
- Undertake root cause analysis and troubleshooting across systems to resolve incidents as and when they occur.

5 years experience in ITSM systems and IT & or Business Processes
Certifications Oracle ITIL Foundational V3/4 Professional Memberships in Relevant Industry Level of Engagement & Span of Control Engagement with internal and external clients.
