Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Order Fulfilment Coordinator with a background in external and internal order fulfilment within the mining equipment sector to join their team in Gauteng, South Africa.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring efficient and timeous fulfillment of internal and external orders to maximise customer satisfaction.
- Providing support to the logistics team for the region.
- Ensuring compliance to local, international and company quality and operational standards and procedures.
- Fostering trust-based relationships with internal and external clients and suppliers.
- Ensuring sales and purchase orders are processed accurately and effectively.
- Liaising with sales, freight and purchasing teams to monitor orders from manufacturers and suppliers.
- Working closely with sales team on progressing Forward Orders as required.
- Working with domestic freight distribution providers to meet order fulfilment requirements.
- Liaising with warehouse team on transportation requirements for dispatching of orders.
- Collaboration with order fulfilment team to provide sales team and customers with order progression visibility.
- Maintenance of internal ERP systems.
- Tertiary qualification in supply chain or similar relevant field preferred.
- 5 years experience in order fulfilment and coordination within the mining equipment sector essential.
- Salesforce accreditation preferred.
- Strong verbal and written English and Afrikaans communication skills.
- Computer literate in Microsoft products.
- Well-versed in import / export compliance.
- Valid drivers license.
- Currently residing in Gauteng.
