What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be
Managing end to end order and claims management with optimizing ways of working for better operational efficiency within the Africa Market. Ensuring key Performance indicators are met and continuous improvement is sustained. Engaging key stakeholders and managing the delivery of projects within these markets. Key point of contact with the Africa Market. Ensuring governance is a priority in all activities to ensure we mitigate any audit risks.
Experiences & Qualifications
- Exposure to Master Data customer creations will be a benefit.
- PowerPoint/Presentations/Digital dashboards/ RTVA
- Qualification in Supply Chain, Business Management, Logistics or IT would be key.
- Good understanding of Retail FMCG markets.
