Your Tasks And Responsibilities
- Preparation of the file and required supporting documentation based on the bid requirements.
- Check sufficiency of compliance documentation.
- Determines and schedules the date for the kick off and the final sign off and other meetings that maybe requested by the broader team.
- Drives the agenda of the Kick Off meeting and sets the deadline for final sign off.
- Obtains required bid documentation from relevant departments, file the documents as required by the bid requirements and saves onto Docstore.
- Ensure file complies to Siemens Healthineers brand requirements.
- Ensuring integrity of records to the highest level of compliance.
- Ensure that customer or Siemens Healthineers relevant standardized terms and conditions are in place.
- Perform a quality check of the file to make sure all the required documentation as per the bid requirements are complete.
- Arrange and schedule all the required sign offs.
- Complete a compliance and quality review throughout the process and ensure that the quality process review is in place.
- Ability to build a strong collaboration and alignment with all key stakeholders such as sales team, technical business managers, customer service, finance, commercial project controlling team and project commissioning.
- Assist with OTO stationary ordering and monitoring.
- Other ad hoc projects from time to time as required.
- Responsible for collation of all local costs from the cross-functional cost owners and inputting in CPQ and review of documents, calculation of pricing, final quotation and document and ensuring timely offer submission to the customer.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and guidelines such as Limit of Authority (LoA) and the Credit Committee.
- Determines SHS favorable contract conditions such as the payment terms, financing costs (WACC Weighted Average Cost of Capital), rate of exchange, withholding tax, incoterms, warranties, training, and project commissioning to positively impact on cash collection.
- Participates in efficient processing of received orders by providing technical and commercial order clarifications to enhance order quality.
