Suitable applicants would be CERTIFIED PROFESSIONALS who thrive on FAST PACED INDUSTRIES AND PROJECTS and are EXPERT COMMUNICATORS, with relevant qualifications complimented by FACILITATION SKILLS, an ABILITY TO ASSESS, ANALYSE and BUILD RELATIONSHIPS at all levels.

These PROJECT MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONALS are those who TAKE INITIATIVE, are strong on PROBLEM SOLVING with a METHODICAL APPROACH, who are familiar with the RETAIL INDUSTRY and are PERMANENT RESIDENTS in the WESTERN CAPE.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / CERTIFICATION – (Relevant Degree / Diploma / Certificate):

  • HR Development
  • Training Management
  • Business Computing
  • Practitioner Coaching
  • Industrial and Organisational Psychology – (not compulsory)
  • Prince 2 Practitioner – (not compulsory)
  • PPA

REQUIRED COMPUTER / SOFTWARE PACKAGE EXPERIENCE:

  • SAP: HR, Sales and Distribution – (not compulsory)
  • E-learning doc tools
  • Microsoft Office
  • Microsoft PROJECT
  • Oracle UPK – (not compulsory)

REQUIRED SKILLS:
