Your role as an Organisational Effectiveness Deployment Lead will be pivotal in driving transformative initiatives and optimizing our workforce for success.
As we gear our workforce for the future, it is pivotal that we stay abreast of the everchanging demands placed on us to produce excellence. This role is at the forefront as it will ensure that we deliver and execute on our strategic priorities, encompassing job architecture, workforce planning, organisational development and HR Transformation related to product/ practice design. A key component of the role includes delivering and supporting on change management initiatives and deliverables in our agile transformation.
This role as supports Portfolio/Team Change Management and Implement Portfolio/Team People Practices evolution and works in partnership with the Group Organisational Effectiveness team and the OMiX Human Capital Teams, OMiX Finance and the OMiX Business Transformation team.
Key focus of the role:
TOM Consolidation and Maintenance: Consolidate/Maintain, package, and align Organisational Development/Design (OD) blueprints across the enterprise, promoting consistency and alignment working together with the business transformation office and align suitable people cost and headcount management.
Assessment of Portfolio Design Effectiveness: Continuously assess the effectiveness of PL design-aligned structures, workflows, roles, and networks, identifying and addressing barriers to workforce performance, productivity, and engagement.
Spans and Layers Review: Conduct ongoing reviews of spans and layers within the organisation, optimizing structures for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
Workforce Demand and Supply in Agile Strategic Workforce Planning: Develop and execute a resource allocation approach for OMiX , incorporating considerations for talent demand and supply process aligned with organisational objectives.
Resource Allocation: Track people cost and headcount to make informed decisions regarding the distribution of people and financial resources to maximize operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Track resource utilization, providing insights for informed decision-making. Diagnostic and Analysis Support: Analyze OMiX data, providing data-driven insights to business and Center of Excellence (COE) leads for the continuous evolution of OD.
Job Architecture Framework: Consolidate, research, and design job architecture frameworks, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and industry standards.
