Our customer is now looking to add further outbound call centre agents to their dynamic team in Hillcrest.
Job responsibilities:
- Speaking to current customers to promote offers, book call backs and take orders
- Providing Excellent Customer Service at all times
- Advising on similar and relevant products
- Selling add-ons, other products and services
- Working on several well recognised catalogue brands
- All of your contacts will be existing clients and there is no cold calling required.
- This is an interesting and diverse role that should see you progress.
- Salary: R6500-R7000 Including commission
