3 days of Training (Classroom style). Consultants will receive a certificate at the end of the probation period for passing all the assessments and successfully completing probation period. The pass mark for assessments is 80%.
On successful completion of 3 days training: Consultants will be appointed as trainee call centre sales agents. The salary will be discussed at the interview. Consultants will also have the opportunity to earn board bonuses and incentives. During this period, you will have a coach that will focus on your calls and up skill you to make sure that you gain sales skills. We will train you on everything you need to know to be successful in an outbound call centre.
On successful completion of the probation period. Consultants will receive a Certificate of Service – confirming skills and competencies acquired during the training period. Consultants will be appointed on a permanent contract as Outbound Telesales Consultants with a basic pay of R3000, R500 attendance bonus and lucrative commission structure. We provide the best campaigns as well as comprehensive training to ensure professional growth.
