You Will Be Responsible For
- Identifying and researching potential clients
- Generating warm leads and cold calling
- Contacting prospective clients and setting up meetings
- Self-generation of leads and building a prospect list
- Developing clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers
- Using the company CRM to update and manage your sales pipeline
- Upselling products to existing clients
- Meeting (and exceeding) sales targets
- Establishing, building trust, and maintaining strong relationships
- Identifying and understanding our client's business requirements
- Creating contracts for services and sending it through to the client
- Effectively adding services to contracts when required
- Receiving and capturing sale orders from customers
- Verifying orders by checking the correct information, including customers personal details and payment details
- Amending/changing and maintaining existing orders
- Managing all supplier accounts and stock.
- Sourcing specialised equipment or custom builds.
- Placing orders with suppliers
- Communicating order deadline dates for production
- Shipping orders when stock available
- Tracking new stock and orders.
- Receiving calls from customers and assist with queries and ETAs on orders
- Following up on orders and client requirements
- Communicating with customers re-orders that are ready
- Matric
- 3-5+ Years experience in sales
- Must have a reliable car and a valid drivers license.
