Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist clients telephonically: Contacting clients to promote short term insurance products. Quoting clients on products and converting quotes to sales.
- Reaching sales targets as outlined by Sales Manager.
- Maintaining quality on all calls as outlined by Sales Manager or quality department.

- Capturing of correct client details on the system in order to provide quality service and correct premiums

Minimum Job Requirements
- Essential: Standard 10 / Grade 12 / NQF 4
- Previous sales experience and cold calling experience is advantageous
- Fais and RE certificates is required based on experience in the financial industry
- Basic Computer Literacy.
