An exciting career opportunity is currently available in a dynamic call centre. The Sales Consultant contributes to the organisational goals by converting quotes to policies in a professional manner.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist clients telephonically: Contacting clients through leads, quoting clients and converting those quotes into sales.
- Reaching sales targets as outlined by Sales Manager.
- Maintaining quality on all calls as outlined by Sales Manager or quality department.

- Capturing of correct client details on the system in order to provide quality service and correct premiums

Minimum Job Requirements
Essential: Standard 10 / Grade 12 / NQF 4
Previous sales experience and cold calling experience is advantageous
Fais and RE certificates is required based on experience in the financial industry
Basic Computer Literacy.
