The Role

We have an exciting new opportunity for an Outbound Sales Team Manager to lead, support and develop a team of internal sales executives in outbound sales. You will drive team performance to ensure targets are achieved and sales enquiries are converted to orders.

You will also support the Inside Sales Manager where required regarding all sales activity in the team.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Assisting managers in sales strategy development.
  • Keeping informed of new products and services.
  • Recruiting, training, and coaching the Outbound Sales Team.
  • Setting sales targets and motivating the sales team to achieve these.
  • Preparing sales reports.
  • Working with key stakeholders at brsk to enable your team to deliver results including the Marketing team
  • Monitoring calls and providing insight to develop the team.
About You

We are looking for a passionate and ambitious manager. You will have experience of managing high performing sales teams and sales leading experience. With your positive and enthusiastic attitude, you will be an confident coach and a strong leader of people to be able to drive and deliver results.

As a great problem solver and someone genuinely passionate about speaking to customers, you will relish having new challenges and always look to get the right solution for your team and our prospective customers.

Experience in working in a call centre environment is essential as is proven leadership and sales team management.

Other

You will need your own reliable laptop and a strong internet connection, as this is hybrid role (you will be paid a monthly working from home allowance as well as a connectivity allowance).

Although this is a primarily WFH role we would like you to meet with the outbound sales team on a regular basis therefore you will need to be based in Johannesburg.

Competitive salary plus commission (depending on experience)
