Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of customers within the assigned area
- Generate sales from existing customers and actively acquire new customers
- Proactively anticipate customer and market trends to capitalize on sales opportunities
- Develop expertise and comprehensive knowledge of the product offerings
- Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
- Consistently achieve sales budgets and targets
- Build and maintain effective internal relationships with departments supporting sales
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and cultivate strong customer relationships
- Matric (High School Diploma)
- Qualification in Marketing, Business, or related field (Advantageous)
- 2-4 years of experience as a Sales Representative
- Proficiency in computer applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships and achieving sales targets
- Intelligent and committed individual
- Self-motivated and well-presented
- Team player with strong collaborative skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
