PA / Administrator
Responsibilities;
- To gain knowledge of how their CPD offering would benefit potential clients,
- Working alongside as PA support to Director including booking meetings, maintaining diary and emails, typing up reports and assisting her with any travel bookings etc,
- To provide membership support to the Head of Membership and CPD Assessment with administration including welcome documents, accreditations, submissions and membership data,
- Providing weekly KPIs in conjunction with CRM system,
- Any other administrative duties as required by their team,
Required skills;
- Good standard of education,
- Experience of working as a PA in a previous role,
- Good administrative skills and attention to detail and accuracy,
- Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise work efficiently,
- Excellent communication skills, including written, oral email and telephone skills and ability to build strong working relationships with clients,
- Ability to present a professional image at all times,
- Ability to problem solve, critical and lateral thinking skills,
- Ability to communicate well with a wide range of people,
