PA Receptionist needed for Dynamic Real Estate Company

We are currently looking for someone to fill a PA/Receptionist role at our Camps Bay Branch.

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in full Executive/Office Administration Function
  • Accuracy and ability to pay attention to detail is essential
  • Bilingual advantageous 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self confidence and ability to handle pressure
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Business Administration or any related qualification
  • Experience in the Real Estate or Legal field advantageous
  • Worked as executive P.A for at least 3 years for a well recognized organization
