The pack house administrator is needed for Quality, Audit & Export Co-Ordination in Sundays River Valley.
Job responsibilities:
- Assessing, capturing of information, reporting, feedback, record keeping of reports and administrative support.
- Implementation & maintaining of relevant fruit audit programs & verifications.
- Co-ordination of export programs.
Job requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Computer literate – MS Word, Excel
- Experience in the fields of quality, audit & export co-ordination
- Computer – Reports – Admin intensive
- Strong work ethics with min 2 years relevant experience
- QC reports: Receiving, analyse, capturing, summarise quality control information and forward to relevant managers
- Analyse discrepancies and solve administrative problems
- Manage exporter packing programs
- Updating of pack house database
- Record keeping of relevant documentation
- Attributes: Think on your feet, good people skills, attention to detail.
- Implementing and maintaining of relevant fruit audit programs & verifications.
