We're searching for a dynamic Paid Marketing Associate to join our team.
This role is crucial in driving our online marketing efforts, using a blend of paid social strategies. It's a mix of PPC and marketing analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage paid ad campaigns across various digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)
- Create audience and placement tests
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and conversion data to provide recommendations for budget allocations and bid adjustments
- Work closely with the content and creative team to develop impactful ad copies and landing pages.
- Track and monitor ad spend. Adjust campaign strategy accordingly
- Stay updated with the latest developments in the digital marketing landscape, including new ad types, targeting options, and industry best practices.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports for clients and internal teams.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
- Meta Ads proven track record spending at least $25k/month
- Proven experience in managing PPC, SEM, and social media advertising campaigns.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
- Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data to drive decision making.
- Complete fluency in English, including knowledge of idioms
