- 10 years plus experience in a spray paint plant.
- Experience in specialized epoxy paints.
- Must be able to do planning, stock control, and QC in the paint plant.
- Must be able to read paint maps and record findings as per the system in place.
- Control and supervise the paint plant workforce at all times.
- Must be able to work under extreme pressure and meet deadlines
- Minimum Qualification Grade 12
- Relating Training will be a plus
