Proficient in English with the ability to read, write and speak the language
A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience and be able to produce a high quality of workmanship in relation to the polishing process and all other supporting processes from start to finish
Experience with and understanding of the various polishing techniques such as rotary, manual flatting, orbital or dual action polishing
Must be flexible, adaptable and demonstrate a sound up-to-date knowledge of the polishing process
Time management essential
Execute plan as per daily polishing schedule and ensure consumables needed is ordered prior to start of daily tasks
Inspect vehicles for any damages or defects before and after the polishing process to ensure that there is no room for failure post polishing
Remove scratches, swirl marks, and other imperfections from the painted surface and ensure compliance within company quality standards
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks
Keep all equipment and areas clean
Ad-hoc tasks and duties may be assigned to you from time to time
