Specifications
- Strong Computer skills and able to competently work on excel and word
- Candidate should preferably have legal attorney/firm exposure with an understanding of a legal practice
- Be able to type, draft and proofread correspondence and legal documents prepared
- Good communication skills and be able to provide general administrative assistance such as printing, filing and sorting of documents;
- Be able to attend to telephone calls;
- Be able to prepare large bundles of documentation including photocopying and scanning;
- Ability to work under pressure and reporting to more than one attorney at a time;
- Deadline driven;
- Accurate and meticulous in all aspects;
- Minimum of 2 4 years relevant experience required;
- Be able to attend to invoicing and arranging of payments of invoices;
- Must be in possession of a drivers license as well as a vehicle
- Matric
- 2 years experience minimum as a Paralegal in a Law firm (ESSENTIAL)
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Able to work in a high paced environment
- Be able to pay attention to detail
