Small guest house with two units, needs a suitable candidate to manage the cleaning staff/inventory, as well as welcome guests on arrival and check guests out on departure if required. Computer literacy and strong administration skills required.
Note: this is not a fixed salary but it based on commission on occupancy(it is a broadly listed property with a very good occupancy %). The commission rates can be discussed before or during the interview process.
Will suit someone in Gordon's bay with own reliable transport only. Excellent communication and organisational skills(must be a people's person). Be presentable. The position is suited to someone age 45+. in good health, with no alcohol or drug issues.
Criminal and ITC checks will be done due to the nature of the business.
You will work directly with the owner with an open line of communication to ensure the best experience for guests.
