People Effectiveness Partner (Hybrid)

Our client requires a People Effectiveness Partner to join their team, reporting directly to the Head: Organisational Effectiveness and Total Reward. This position is responsible for assisting in the design, development and implementation of organisational effectiveness interventions. As a People Effectiveness Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our clients organizational success by optimizing their most valuable asset - people. Key responsibilities:
  • Assisting in the design, development and implementation of organisational effectiveness interventions.
  • Conduct research and develop in conjunction with the Head: Organisational Effectiveness and Total Reward key Talent management, Performance Management, Organisational Design, Change Management, Leadership development, on boarding and strategic workforce planning frameworks and models.
  • Working with Business leaders, HC business partners and HC management on the successful implementation of the models and frameworks.
  • Review and measure the ROI and effectiveness of interventions.
  • Develop and implement key analytics, metrics and dashboards to show progress and impact of interventions.
  • Internal Liaison takes place with the HCBPs, HC Management, Business representatives.
  • External liaison takes place with external service providers.

Requirements:
  • Honours in Industrial Psychology or HCM desirable.
  • Minimum 3 year HR degree or related field essential.
  • Change management certification beneficial.
  • Registered with the HPCSA.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Organisation Development/Design in corporate or consulting environment essential.
  • Advanced skills in Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.

  • Research and Development skills.
