YOUR MISSION:
We are looking for a P&O Partner (HR Generalist in comparative environment) to join our team at our Head Office in Cape Town. You will have between 5 - 7 years' experience in a same role within a retail and/or warehouse environment, having worked across multiple locations and at all levels of the business.
You enjoy a challenge and are able to combine both operational and HR experience and expertise to find the best solution.

YOUR TALENT:
The role requires the following key skills and requirements;
- A tertiary qualification in Social Sciences.
- 5 - 7 years' experience in a P&O partner role preferably within retail or warehousing.
- Experience with daily HR functions including recruitment, coaching & mentoring, talent management and IR.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sound admin skills
- Ability to drive collaboration and guide leaders on P&O related activities and challenges within the environment.
- Comfortable with MS Office and HR Systems.
- Will be able to travel locally, with a valid driver's licence, and be adaptable to the various environments within the organisation.
