Parts Sales Executive – Commercial and Heavy-Duty Vehicles – West Rand

Our client urgently requires a Parts Sales Executive to join their team on the West Rand

Duties

The job will mainly be the supplying of passenger vehicle spare parts for the safe and profitable operation of the dealership Duties :

• Conduct transactions with customers with care and accuracy
• Ensure accuracy of customers needs by means of parts catalogue, and stock lists
• Assist in receiving and checking parts stock
• Improved profitability by ensuring any particular repair/service/accessories are offered to clients
• Ensure stock is kept in good condition
• Customer service and satisfaction
• Ensure sold parts are in perfect condition for sale
• Ensure parts are issued in accordance with company policy
• Follow prescribed cash, credit, and check processing procedures for merchandise, as per company policy.
• Administration ensuring all paperwork, documents, are properly recorded within the stock control system.
• Ensure good communication with parts manager relating to stock movement, shortages, inspections.
• Marketing to ensure part sales
• Ensure all transactions take place in accordance with company policies
• Ensure all payments received are allocated correctly to invoices
• Efficiently take care of customer complaints and concerns to the satisfaction of both parties.
• Ad hoc duties

Requirements :

• Must have Parts knowledge of vehicle parts
• Min of 2 years experience as a Parts Sales Executive in the Automotive Industry within a dealership
• Commercial parts experience a Bonus
• Experience with Automate/Evolve PC Software
• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Valid Drivers License
• Automotive Industry Experience
