Job Description
The successful candidate will deliver sales in order to process parts counter sales transactions accurately and timeously through the execution of predefined work objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures. Required to do counter and telesales.
Specific Role Responsibilities
- Oversee dealer invoicing
- Liaise with mobis
- Invoicing e-comms
- Analyzation of dealer back orders
- Oversee opening and close of warehouse
- Assist in perpetual stock count when necessary
- Claims with mobis
- Ensure that the warehouse is tidy and no parts are left unattended
- Oversee the control special lock up area for all high risk parts and accessories
- Assist dealers with part interpretations
- Arrange special pick collections for dealers
- Oversee and assist in binning and unpacking of parts
- Assist dealers with part interpretations
- Arrange special pick collections for dealers
- Oversee and assist in binning and unpacking of parts
- Assist in creating and amending bin locations
- Special projects in streamlining the warehouse
- Invoicing orders for internal sales
- Control staff leave and confirm validity
- Oversee courier services
- Oversee the control packaging materials orders
- Oversee and ensure building maintenance is done
- Oversee the control of vehicle maintenances
- Liaise with all parts managers national
- Assist marketing dept with urgent dispatches
- Arrange dispatch and collections for marketing
- Oversee security staff and alarm reaction
- Oversee and liaise with shipping agents regarding air & sea freights
- Oversee in-house courier services
- Liaise with Korea with short supplies
- Ordering of stock (daily and stock)
- Capture supplier invoices
- Analyzation on live chat
- Analyzation Of Sales Month On Month
- Dealer KPIs (Stock , Daily Ratio)
- Matric
- Higher Certificates and/or Advanced National (Vocational) Certificates
- 2 - 5 years' experience as a parts sales executive, with a proven track record.
- Autoline or Kerridge experience
