Parts Sales Executive - Randburg

A dealership in Randburg urgently requires a Parts Sales Executive to join their team.

The job will mainly be the supplying of passenger vehicle spare parts for the safe and profitable operation of the dealership KEY FUNCTIONS

• Promote sales of correct auto parts to repair customer issues with the vehicle in-store and keep an up-to-date record of all transactions made.
• Promotion of parts sales to Panelbeaters, workshops
• Follow prescribed cash, credit, and check processing procedures for merchandise, as per company policy.
• Arrange and plan showroom inventory to maximize sales and increase customer satisfaction.
• Efficiently take care of customer complaints and concerns to the satisfaction of both parties.
• Ad hoc duties.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have Parts Dealership experience
• Must have good Parts Product knowledge
• Automotive Industry Experience
