We are seeking a party coordinator with friendly and outgoing personality. This position is a 3-month contract position which involves on-site work (party numbers dependent on weekends) & off-site work (part-time).
Job requirements:
- Matric and or relevant admin qualification
- Bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Administrative experience
- Excellent computer skills (Microsolf Office, Google Docs)
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transport to and from work
- Stable employment track record
- Excellent command of English (Written and Spoken)
- Admin experience
- 3 years working experience
Job responsibilities:
- Client Relations – a bubbly people’s-person-personality is a must!
- Written and verbal communication
- Liaising with- and securing coaches for party bookings
- Processing paperwork for new clients
- Capturing billing information
- Following up on payments
- After sales service
- On-site client relations and processing during parties
