Pastry Chef required for 5* Fine dining Restaurant in Sandton. Formal Diploma or certificate in professional cookery / culinary arts needed. Applicants must have 2 years + experience as a pastry chef. Must have experience in pastries preferably in a fine dining environment. Candidates must be computer literate. Must be creative and passionate Will also be expected to do some work in the hot & cold kitchen. Salary R 7000 – 8000 gross.
