Pastry Chef required for modern Cafe Restaurant in Sandton. Formal Diploma or certificate in professional cookery / culinary arts needed. Applicants must have 2 years + experience as a pastry chef. Must be creative and must be able to develop new pastry items. Duties will also include certain kitchen management duties and staff training. Ability to maintain food quality standards essential.
