Key Responsibilities
- Telephonically sell car and household insurance.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Adhere to quality and compliance processes to minimize business risk.
- Maintain optimal operational efficiencies.
- Resolve client complaints and objections effectively.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Stay informed about industry trends and updates.
- Grade 12 qualification.
- Minimum of 1.5 years experience in an Outbound Call Centre, or 2 years face-to-face sales experience.
- Financial services experience (advantageous).
- RE Exam and 30 FAIS Credits (advantageous).
- Fluency in English and one other South African official language.
- Clear criminal and credit record.
- Strong selling skills and computer literacy.
- Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Initiative, tenacity, and a drive for results.
