The goal is that the Analyst will, with experience over time, take primary lead of client relationships from the client portfolio.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the team to manage the on-boarding and the KYC processes and end to end deal execution including product and billing set up
- Support Sales teams through project work and analysis as well as the preparation of client account plans, proposals, briefing memos and portfolio management reporting and governance materials for internal approvals.
- Provide assistance to Sales team to ensure that clients are receiving agreed services, by preparing and reviewing marketing material (pitch books, presentations and slip sheets) for Sales ensuring clarity, accuracy and consistency.
- Work closely with Sales, Product and Implementation teams to collate relevant information
- Take ownership for the end-to-end deal management process, mastering the use of the implementation tools
- Keeping abreast of ongoing developments in the areas impacting MEA headquartered clients, such as regulatory developments, political background or market trends in the industry
- Identify Payments opportunities for process improvement and work with relevant partners (Implementation, S Product Management, Customer Service) to deliver to the business
- A proven track record in a sales environment within a financial services organization, preferably in the field of Correspondent Banking
- Knowledge of Cash Management, Liquidity, Trade Finance operations ,Credit, Risk Management, and Compliance Policies in respect of Financial Institutions and Public Sector clients
- Excellent interpersonal and selling skills; ability to work with both internal partners and external clients
- Able to work on own initiative and meet tight deadlines
- An efficient and confident communicator with excellent presentation skills
- Must be fluent in English and French is advantageous
