Your key job responsibilities as the Payments Manager will include:
- Monitor and assess the performance of Payment Service Providers (PSPs), optimizing day-to-day payment success rates and traffic flows
- Compile and present comprehensive PSP performance reports
- Manage PSP onboarding, player deposit, and withdrawal payment journeys, adapting to evolving business needs
- Act as the primary point of contact for PSP queries and negotiate improved pricing with payment providers
- Collaborate with key functions to establish requirements for innovative payment functionalities
- Conduct research on competitor sites, providing recommendations for enhancements
- Perform daily reconciliations between various providers and back-office systems
- Liaise with Finance for cash flow settlement reconciliation and ensure compliance with Legal & Compliance for onboarding new payment providers
- Collaborate with the MLRO/Head of Fraud and Risk on PSP onboarding and address fraud and risk-related matters
- Stay informed on the latest payment solutions and support the Head of Payments with ad-hoc tasks related to player payments
- Possession of a tertiary/management qualification
- Demonstrated prior experience in Payments management
- Preferably, a background in Fintech and/or e-commerce
- Understanding of online payments processing cycles
- Familiarity with diverse online payment methods and products
- Proficiency in compliance, particularly EDD, KYC, and AML regulations within the iGaming industry
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to excel under pressure
- Knowledgeable in legislation and regulations related to fraud and risk mitigation
- Outstanding analytical capabilities
- Familiarity with casino products/systems (preferred)
