Global Payroll Accountant

NSC Global is currently looking for a Global Payroll Accountant to join our growing company.

This is a fully remote role but only candidates who reside in Cape Town will be considered.

Main purpose of job

• Reporting directly to the Global Snr Payroll Accountant, this role is responsible for the delivery of Payroll related accounting functions.

Main Tasks

• Ensuring timely monthly payroll and expenses journal processing in Navision
• Maintaining accurate and clean balance sheet recons for the Group.
• Ability to work with big sets of data for validation and reporting a must.
• Assisting payroll accounting team with reporting and validations
• Generate Pre-defined journals from a validated data sets in Excel
• Posting of journals and reconciliation of a variety of accounts in Navision.
• Knowledge of consolidating entries and reporting.
• Generate weekly payment list and follow ups on outstanding payments
• Experience in Audit reporting with support tracing and query resolving
• Report Generating from various data sources to suit various reporting requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years Global payroll and accounting experience required
• Minimum 3-5 years Navision Experience
• Minimum 3-5 years Excel with knowledge of Pivots, data lookups and manual report generating
• Diploma in Accounting .
