DesleeMattex is a premium manufacturer of Knitted and Woven Fabric who is looking for a vibrant individual to join their HR department as a Payroll Administrator.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric with Accounting as a subject
- 3-5 years experience in a payroll function
- Excellent computer skills
- Practical knowledge and application of payroll systems like VIP
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate the payroll function
- Distribute and run month end reports
- Reconcile medical scheme changes and make payments to all medical aids
- Salary and Wage journals to the Finance department
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks for the department
Other Skills and Competencies
- Excellent Administrative and record keeping skills
- High attention to detail
- Experience in a manufacturing industry would be advantageous
- Ability to work to strict deadlines to produce work of high standard and have excellent organisational skills
